By booking a service with Sand Lake Pressure Washing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Services
   • Services will be performed as described at the time of booking.
   • We do not guarantee removal of all stains (e.g., oil, rust, paint, organic growth) but will make every reasonable effort.
2. Access & Preparation
   • Client must provide clear access to the work area, including removal of vehicles, furniture, or obstacles.
   • Water and electricity must be available on site.
3. Liability
   • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or issues resulting from improper surface installation or age.
   • Client is responsible for notifying us of fragile surfaces, electrical hazards, or other concerns before service.
4. Weather & Scheduling
   • Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.
   • Appointment times are estimates and may vary.
5. Payments
   • Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.
6. Guarantee
   • We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
